We put on the first Winterlude Festival in 2006 – “Take a break from the winter blues and warm up your soul with a long weekend of music and dance”. We put on twenty fantastic acts at a variety of venues across Hull. Highlights for us were Nick Harper and Newton Faulkner at The Lamp. Funkywormhole’s Jerry Dammers (The Specials) at the Adelphi, and there was even a rare Red Guitars reunion gig before Hallam went to live in Cape Town.
