Loudhailer Sunday Afternoon at Filey Folk Festival

Back from a fabulous Loudhailer Seaside Special weekend at Filey Folk Festival.  Big thanks to everyone who came along, we had wonderful performances with magic moments throughout the weekend and terrific audiences. Thanks Shirley Higton for joining in with her art show and to the Filey Folk Festival crew, especially Ian Kennington, Dave and Megan at Africa Studios and John Colling and everyone at the Masonic Hall for being brilliant and making us all so welcome.

Sunday 30th April 2017 at Filey Masonic Hall

Dez Allenby, Cathy Allenby, Phil Friend, Martin Peirson and Adrian Welham – comprising two original members of the legendary English psychedelic folk trio Forest in session with Phil and Martin, two excellent Yorkshire songwriters and Cathy’s beautiful vocals and percussion.

Hillbilly Troupe  Trad. Folk, Irish, ska and punk with a strong sense of history and tradition, get you dancing, thinking and drinking all at the same time.
