What a weekend! Work In Progress played three top gigs. Cowboy DC and Dexter at the Jaz Bar, highlights included original songs Storm, The Drinking Song and a brand new rendition of Country Roads.
Next up they became the WIP Three with the addition of Kelvin to wake up Withernsea with a storming set amongst the hay bales on the acoustic stage, compered by Richard Harries and surrounded by great sets from our buddies Urban Rain, me and Rich, and Jackson D – on top form with ace percussionist Zach. Finally the full famous WIP five rocked the legendary Processed Pea club at the Light Dragoon in Etton to a full house, bursting at the seams on the bill with Ched’s Bare Bones and Chris Martin. Fantastic all round!
