Loudhailer Acoustic November 2019

Thanks to everyone who came to this month’s Loudhailer Acoustic, it was a bumper night, overflowing with terrific performances, and lovely to welcome people who haven’t been before. Rich & I opened up and then enjoyed a whole host of fab performances from Gifford Rolfe and Joan Foye, Steve Silver Fox Wardley, Roy Kibbler, Jeff Parsons, Dez Allenby, Paul Sutton, Maggie Graham, Jim Orwin, Catherine Scott, Roy Lyon, Martin Peirson, Andy Kneeshaw, Steve Peirson,  Kelvin Baldwin, Paul Bandanna Newman, Simon Raywood and POSH, Lisa Wedgner, Claire Brennan, Ysabelle Wombwell and me, Lou.

The next one is a change of date from the usual, it’s Friday 13th December at The Back Room in Cottingham, all welcome to come along and listen or perform. More details below. But just before we go, here’s a preview of Gifford’s album, Song Legacy 2002 – 2019, released on all the usual digital platforms on November 25th – one of my favourite of his songs:

Keep an eye on the website and Facebook page etc. for details of Loudhailer Acoustic. It’s always great to welcome new people – come along and listen to a fabulous range of acoustic music, quality songwriting and some familiar classics from a host of different performers. Thanks to Paul at The Back Room, a lovely music venue with craft beers and plenty of parking nearby.
