‘Loudhailer Electric Company take us on a trip through a mystical realm of dreams, dragons, gorgons, gods and star-crossed time travellers and delivers us safely back to earth to the sound of chiming acoustic guitars, thunderous drums, bubbling bass and sonic cathedrals of electric guitar. All topped off with delicious vocals. Let Morpheus melt your mind!’
Recorded during May 2019 at Mikey Scott’s Studio94 in Hull it features four tracks, the bluesy Dark Guitar, Samphire – telling the true story of a ride over the cliffs on the back of a cloud dragon, the dark aura and slide guitar figures of the title track Morpheus, and the spacey spoken word and sci fi sounds of The Time Traveller.
