Thank you to everyone who came to the first Loudhailer Acoustic of 2020 on January 2nd, a great way to get the musical year going. Rich and I opened the show and we welcomed super performances from Dez Allenby, Gifford Rolfe and Joan Foye, Dexter on violin, Brian Williams, Paul Sutton, Roy Kibbler, Jeff Parsons, Martin Heaton, Richard Harries and Roy Lyon. Rich took some photos but had to leave after the break and then his battery ran out so didn’t capture everyone. But here’s the gallery below. The next Loudhailer Acoustic is Thursday February 6th at The Back Room in Cottingham, come and join us!
Coming up, A Perfect Combination IV. Two great shows celebrating Hull’s musical heritage and beyond, all raising funds for an excellent local charity, The Stephen Hughes Foundation which provides music and sport grants to local primary and youth groups, and heart research.
This years Perfect Combination has two shows, Friday 7th Feb ‘Let’s Get Back To Rock n Roll’ evening show at The Willows, Holderness Road and Saturday 8th Feb ‘‘Acoustic East Coast Shakedown’ afternoon show at The Back Room Cottingham. It would be great to see you at either, or both! It’s only £6 a ticket for each gig, line ups on the posters below:
It’s always great to see you at Loudhailer Acoustic. We’re booked in for the first Thursday of every month at Back Room in Cottingham, all welcome to come along and listen or perform.
