
The launch of PoP (Pride of Place) in Hull’s Princes Quay last night was a night to remember! The Creative and Cultural Company’s art space is a big, bright, modern gallery. It’s in a shopping centre on stilts in a quay, right in the centre of the city, and at last night’s launch it was buzzing and vibrant. There was a wealth of art and culture on display, on screen, and even parading round the shopping centre on stilts – yes, that makes stilts on stilts! Thanks to PoP Curator, Alan Raw and partners for organising a great show, and for inviting us to contribute.
