We took a break last week in a picturesque Shepherd’s Hut on the North Norfolk Coast. Surrounded by incredibly changing weather it was lovely to spot herons and egrets and spoonbills, marsh harriers, kites and buzzards and to hear two cuckoo’s calling to each other across Burnham Overy.
