A massive thank you to everyone who has commented with lovely messages of support on our Red Guitars blog and social media posts following our recent news. We are truly heart warmed by your response. And thanks for loads of great, and funny ideas, all welcome!
When the relationship with our former singer started to break down again after the last tour we continued to record our album and we tried to hold the band together. But it turns out that during this time he registered the trademark ‘Red Guitars’ in his own name – so the four of us have to deal with that now.
We’re sorry that we have to go underground for the time being while we deal with the issues and try to protect our legacy. But we are not going to let anyone or anything spoil the music. We’re writing, recording and having a great time together. And we look forward to coming back, maybe with a new name depending on the outcome, but definitely with new songs, as soon as we can.
In the meantime you can download the first of our brand new recordings ‘Ho Ho Hum’ here: https://tempband.bandcamp.com/track/ho-ho-hum
Very best wishes,
Hal, John, Matt and Lou
